Is the price 41,000 Euros? Looks like a nice house, also looked at some other properties that came up. Is a 1 bedroom apartment for 197,000 Euros reasonable?

Are you kidding?

One bedroom apartment at this price can be only in the center of the capital Sofia, in the center of my city of Plovdiv or in one of the major resorts. And it must be a super luxurious performance.
If you have extra money, I know that a great hotel is for sale on the best part of the Bulgarian Black Sea coast.

I've been fishing since I walked - more than 40 years.
It was a time when quantity was important to me. I brought home bags of fish, which I froze and canned.
Then came the period when trophies were important. I killed dozens of trophy fish just to brag to friends and neighbors.
I can fish in most of the possible methods, including many ways without a fishing rod and reel.
But all this has passed and my priorities are different. I don't know if you can understand it.
P.S.
200 meters from my home flows the second largest river in Bulgaria. I know where a big catfish lives - about 20-25 kg. I can catch it easily, but I enjoy going to watch it hunt in the shallows sometimes in the evening.

My friends and I joke all the time about fishing and the size of fish caught.
I only fish for bluegill, so no really big fish at all.

Bluegill are bream, a type of sunfish. They’re small with the body of a good big one being a bit bigger than a man’s hand. And they fight like the dickens! They also reproduce like rabbits so they’re plentiful.

They can be fun to catch for kids and grownups a like. And to top it off, they’re one of the best eating fish you can catch.

I fish for these on a private lake. Where we catch 2 pounders.
A lot of fun when using ultra light equipment and 4 pound test.

I was out doing some ATVing around the farm today. Temperature might have kissed 40° but it was nice and sunny. Party 'til the cows (last picture, The Crazy Eight) come home.

Nice pics, Redrider.

My buddy came over and we mounted his big ol' buck he killed last year onto a piece of wormy mesquite wood. He had cleaned the rack / skull off and had it sitting in his workshop, and his dog came along and chewed the nose off of it!

So he had to take it down and get a taxidermist to mount the rack on a resin skull. After we finished, he hung it on the wall of my shop just to snap a pic of it.

We're shooting 200 rds of sporting clays tomorrow. League starts later this month, and I need to knock some of the rust off.

That's a great rack, Unk! We don't see big ones like that very often in Florida. The sporting clays sounds like fun, I'm sure you'll 'knock the rust off" pretty quickly.

That's some gnarly stag and a great looking mount, Unk! Hope you have some nice weather for your clay shoot. Here's a picture of me, my bud and brother at Manassas Shooting Park at Bull Run for inspiration, taken during my bachelor party in August.

For Europe, this is an invasive species of about 30-40 years.

I don't post much (or at all) in here, but, I do enjoy reading it every time I log on.

Last week I hauled some kitchen cabinets and miscellaneous furniture out to my cabin, which has been under construction since 2018. I hope to have it all done by the time I turn 70.
