My middle son and a couple of his buddies are "camping" out behind the barn. I went down and helped them get the fire started around an old stump I wanted gone. It's probably still pretty cold at nights I would imagine. Bet they still had fun though.

It was in the upper 40’s last night. They had fun and most of the old stump is gone!

Nice pic, Col. I need to do a little repair work on the flagstone and mortar around my firepit. It's going to be too warm here to use shortly.

The last time I went pheasant hunting I bought home a pheasant tail to mount. That was in Oct 2017. It's been sitting around in some borax since then at our old house and now my new shop. I finally got around to mounting it today, and got it hung on the wall in my shop.

After stuffing himself with his 'daily' peanuts, one of Anna's pet squirrels which Anna has named "Lazy Bones," decided to stretch out belly flat on the cool cement patio.
Our temperatures in Ca. this week has been beautiful, mid 50s at night, low to mid 80s in the day.

Nice. Reminds me a little of Frontier Homestead State Park in Cedar City, Utah. (Of course, my pictures disappeared after most other files were moved to a new SD card!) Beaver Creek State Park would be a good stop-off on the way back if I take a trip to Bradford.

Well, John, you've inspired me. Lord knows getting out regularly for a walk would certainly be good for me, and might even take the blood pressure below hypertension level. Becky and I went down to Palmyra Cove and covered a little less than a mile, but it's a start.

The trail there is obviously wide enough for them to get maintenance vehicles down, but there are quite a few more trails that are more single file foot paths. They do a great job of keeping all the trails groomed.
