These aren't the greatest photos and I hesitated posting, but as I was driving past an area where I almost always see deer and turkey.......I saw 15 or 20 deer with a group of Turkeys right in their midst. There was 1 turkey in full strut. I stopped to get a pic or two, and the deer raised the white flag.

I think I count 8 in this poor photo, but just a few minutes before I ran and got my phone there 14 in my backyard yestiddy evening.

That is a great picture, bighomer. Love to see whitetails in the yard, we never have more than 3 or 4 at a time, most times it's one at a time just moseying along.
Had one come into the clover patch this afternoon a little after 5 pm. He and the .243 had a short meeting.
- A 6 pt for the freezer.
- Steam coming off Bambi as he gets ready to have his britches pulled off. He'll spend the next couple of days in the oak tree with the cold weather. It was 30 degrees when I got done with him. That's too cold for Florida!

Probably better than walking!! It was HARD!!
That trail would be great for XC skiing. Kinda flat to rolling. Better than trail blazing!!

We had a GREAT DAY!! No trail blazing, 40 Sunny deg. Did about 4 miles and had a Blast!!

Glad you're able to do your woods wanderin'.
I've never had the pleasure of walking in snow like that.
Always enjoy seeing where y'all have rambled.
