Ike, I especially appreciate your photo of the iced over trees. Years ago, I would sometimes walk over to Grant Park in Chicago during my lunch break. The trees could be covered with inches of ice. I thought the park looked beautiful, like scenes from Dr. Zhivago. Thanks for the memories.

The average low here for January is 37. We see teens and 20's but it usually doesn't last.

It showed on the radar like north of121 was kind of the line where the snow got heavy. I’m about 20 miles west of Sherman.

40 degrees, but tonight it will be 28 degrees . ... Zeus will be trying to get up in the bed tonight!
