I can't help you with your dream knife, but I do want to thank you for providing my morning's entertainment. I enjoyed your story a lot. Why not craft a handle for that sword then shine it up and put it on display indoors. It may not be perfect, but your sweat and blood went in to the making of it.

I agree with Philco. Display it, though it looks nice in the garden, sort of Sword-in-the-Stoneish.

I think you should sell it on Fleabay....

....jennnnuuuuine- half folded, vintage, hand made, custom steal, patina'd broad sword. Circa the early 1100's. Own a peice of William the Canker'ers weaponry!
