So if I ever get caught on my bike in a fish storm.

Well this never happened to me yet. I am not sure that if you get caught in such a rain, that you can ride your bike in it. You know the road would be very slippery. How would you get that fish smell out of the country roads?

i used to ride a peugeot road bike and had fixed blade in sheath tie wired to the rear frame. rode in some tough areas sometimes.
off road a knife might come in handy! killer roos, ya know!
