NAHCO CANADA Pen Knife

Has anybody heard of NAHCO? It's listed in Goins but no dates or info are given. First knife I've seen marked Canada, besides contract knives and military knives. Was it actually made there or is it a contract? Thanks for any help. (sorry bout the lousy pictures)
