Imperial w/ Coca-Cola label and Campfire Girl Etchings

My friend recently purchased this pocket knife at an estate sale but she can't find anything about age or value.
It has a "Drink Coca-Cola" shield and Coke advertising on both sides of the large blade. The small blade has the Camp Fire Girls symbol on one side and WOHELO ( the Camp Fire Girl watchword for "Work, Health, Love") on the other side.
Any info would be helpful. See attached pictures. Thanks

Hi,
In J. Bruce Voyles IBCA Price Guide to Antique Knives, he states that Imperial Knives were made in Providence, RI from 1917-1986. Imperial moved from Providence, RI to Ellenville, NY in 1986 so your knife is definately before '86. I'm not sure of the year but Imperial changed to Imperial-Schrade somewhere down the line. Imperial-Schrade just went out of business in the last year or so which may affect the value of your knife in the future.
This is my opinion for what it's worth. You have a very well crafted piece of American cutlery probably made somewhere after 1960 (1950-1960 had crimped bolsters). Unfortunately, I wouldn't expect too much as far as value increase. My best guess on it's current value is about $40-$50 which is being a bit generous. I am by no means an expert on knives and their values. This is just my opinion.
Nice little knife though. Enjoy it.

Thats one cool knife IMO.
Value?? Well lets see what you have there,
Colectors for Imperial/Schrade,Scout memoeabilla collectors and the Coke collectors.
Thats a pretty wide base for upping the value,they would all compete for it at auctions.
Thats my Opinion for what its worth.Hope it helps.

I was thinking that old style can opener was sort of phased out in the 40's....

Probably was. If that tang stamp is correct, the knife was made between 1930-36
