Here's the latest finished up last night.

It's hand forged 5160, got a 4.5" blade, and 9" overall. The curve in the tang on this one makes the handle real comfortable. Shortened up the ricasso and put a little heavier solder joint on this one, don't know if I like it yet.

I'll get it together here someday!

The blade looks smooth and cool.

The handle looks like she will fit my hand real weel.

Do you call that a fish tail handle?...

Could you have burnt the tail and given it that amber look ?

This is the frist reburning I did and I do like the color that came out.

You see I may have tourched a bit to much. ::nod::

Hey thanks guys!

Ken that antler almost looks dyed, it looks good!

Jim the only problem is.......................I know you mean it! I have about 15 guys waiting for me to start puttin out though!

Hukk be sure to post us some pictures of your first stacked handle, I'd love to see it! Jantz Supply has lots of good spacer material that will go well with that wood you have.

I like your idea stag, I could buy a lot of cool tools with a million!
