Bought a blade from the internet and installed some handles of Afzelea wood, kinda shocking/different.

I did a lot of sanding, finishing with 2000 grit then used spray laquer. The engraving came with the blade which made it a little bit touchy to protect while installing the grips. It'l make a good gift for a nephew. Have another blade just like it for my other nephew which I will use desert Iron wood on. Oh well, keeps me busy and they seem to appreciate it. About a good one day project for me. I would guess others could do it much faster but I have a lot of time on my hands.
