Does anybody have any info on a 432? Looks exactly like a 112. This one has no year markings on the tang and takes and holds an extremely sharp edge. I tried 5 times to post pics, but not sure what i'm doing wrong? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I think what the photo shows IS a 112 body with a Bucklite 432 blade. Not unheard of. Several model can have interchanged blade. In the 300 series 313 blades can be in 321s and the 319 Rancher with leather awl can have 301 blade.....sort of a out of correct stamped blades at the end of the production run thing....300

I thought the BUCKLITE based on the 112 was called a 422. I know the one based on the 110 is a 426 ::shrug::

Ok,

The deal on the 432 is that it was a special run for Goodyear Tire Co. in 1983. Approx. 10,000 made. Some made with initials from factory. As shown in your photo. So a 432 is just a special Goodyear 112. Anyone with enough dough can get a special made Buck knife if you order enough.....300

Five years later, and I just got one too.
A buddy at work gave this to me.
Now we know the whereabouts of two of the original ten thousand!

Hi have a new one that looks like segua wood, next time I find it will have to take a close look it could be a laminate ordered special for that knife, this knife was put up and never used, it's in a brown sheath with Goodyear on the flap, I think their 425M steel, if you search hard you can get the exact details, I've forgotten them. George God bless

Original owner’s initials, in all probability.

Great username, by the way. If it means what I think it does, it’s a great way to honor a legend. Welcome to AAPK!
