This is the Robeson WWII U.S. Army knife I bought in a box lot of "parts knives" on Ebay last week. It was the knife I posted the "Treasure Hunt" thread about. All the knives except this one had broken blades or broken springs. Why the seller included this gem in a lot of parts knives, I do not know.
The knife is not marked as a Robeson, but the bone is very, very suggestive of Robeson bone from that time period.
This is absolutely the best one of these I've ever seen, and only the third I've seen with the U.S.A. stamp.
I got the lot for $62.00. What a deal.

Charlie,
CONGRATULATIONS!
What a nice find for your collection, it could not have found a better home.
Does the bone handle have a hairline crack at the rear pin, or is it the picture? The bone handles are awesome.

Unfortunately, yes, it does have a crack, Eagle-Eye.

Even with a wee tiny crack, it is still a really neat knife.
MB don't miss much.

Please note that I bought that box lot back in 2009.
Lyle has added a comment that brought the thread back to the top of the quey.
Actually, I sent one of the broken knives to Willie and Dimitri took the rest. All free of charge.
If I ever do such a thing again Robert, I'll give you first choice(s).
