Nice find Wullie. I started lookin & didn't catch on til like a dozen photos in. I was like....WTF?....where's the models? They almost appeared to be like a hollywood film set, til the photo's showed the entire scale of the objects. Simply amazing.

Having been, at one time....a long, long, time ago...an accomplished and award winning car modeler, I was truly astounded by the attention to the fine, fine, and finer details to which this guy goes, in spades.

Model kits do not come with all those tiny chrome automobile make and model logos, windshield wiper blades, door handles, etc. They are molded into the auto body in the same colored plastic that the body is made from. One has to make them chrome, either by painting them, which is not what this guy has done, or by rubbing a chrome colored adhesive film onto those items, like gilting. Also, the upholstery work is to scale for the most part, and the window cranks and door handles inside the car are chromed, as described above too.

He had me fooled until I saw a car with a "metal-flake" paint job. The one failing of the paint manufacturers is that they have not come up with a metal-flake paint that has the "flakes" in proper proportion to the actual scale of the car. His models are probably 1/24th scale, or 1/2" to the foot. The flakes in his metal flake cars is too heavy, and look it.

What he does with his table-scapes by lining them up with real background scenes, then shooting the photos with proper scale and distance relationships is phenomenal.

I have to wonder if he does not work as a model-maker in the motion picture industry. If not, he most certainly could do so.

He is fantastic.
