worn down clever ::shrug::
just sold 1 very similar..#3 though...and stamped "hong kong" next to cross like characters.......sold for $25 bucks to a chef......
there was a resent article in knife illistrated not too far back on these wooden handled clevers,knives,tools.............lemme go see. ::tu::

I knew some Oriental chefs that used knives like that.
I was in the cutlery business in the 1980s at that was were I first encountered them.
They were quite popular among the SE Asian refugees of that time.
I knew then then as "Chinese Chef knives."
