The tang stamps appear to be modern to me. Also, the fat stag handles are inconsistent with the alleged age of the knife. I would guess that this one started out as a Western Boulder, Colo knife and was restamped and rehandled. This seller has 10 knife listings total and several of his other knives also appear to have modern stamps for what they are supposed to be.

Pathetic attempt at a fake.
As ole muddy said maybe a Western, Schrade also made a lot of that pattern with that basic tooling.

if you look at this sellers knives you will realize that they are all reworks, many queen blades cames on the market years ago. Myrtlefaye and this guy must be brothers. Stay away from all of these knives. DC
