German pocket knife

Hello I was wondering if any one can tell me anything about this knife? It says JA Henckels on the blade. Thanks
The legend on the handle means, "Many Enemies, More Honor" or "More Danger, More Honor", and is attributed to one George von Frundsberg, a German military officer, born 1473 died 1528.
I'm not sure of the significance of the "1914 1915" date. Might have something to do with the Wiemar Republic and German nationalism leading up to the 1st World War.
There's a rather protracted article about him on Wikipedia, but it's in German. I had Google translate it into English, but then I declined to read the whole thing. I scanned it and did not notice a reference to the 1914 - 1915 dates.
