Help ID an old one

I need some help, please. The tang stamp is almost rubbed off, but under a magnifying glass it looks like "Goodman" (arched) over "Cut. Co." (straight line) over another word that I can't make out. Either a city or country.
The secondary pen blade is stamped "Ex-ex". No trademark infringement there, right? ::hmm::

I can't find any reference to this in any of my books or with a google search. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,
Richard

Goins lists a "Goodman Cutlery Co." g 1910-1930 "Ex-Ex" is stamped on small blade.

Thank you, sir. It may be in the trade section or for sale next week. About time to thin the herd a little.
