Friction folders

here are a couple I just finished for a customer. Intead of the traditional antler or wood handle ,these have micarta.

Yes I make my own.
A fellow knifemaker and myself get togeather, When it's cool weather , and make up what we need
Not necessarily in order here are some pic's.

Well now,
Not as many folks check in here as some of the other forums...but, I like custom knives...

, so here is a friction folder by knifemaker Mike Wilson. O-1 tool steel with forging marks, filework, and killer Sambar Stag.....

way cool, bill. thanks. i thought that's what it was. nice one-hander. super stag. i really like the lever being hidden when open.

El Lobo, nice lookin' knife, Mike does make some nice stuff
last time I got to see him was at Blade show. I hope he has time to cut loose this year and come to our neck of the woods again sometime this year.

It's getting hard to find super stag like that. When you do find it, they want an arm and a leg for it, along with the firstborn.
