Hi. I am new to the forum and I need help identifying this pocket knife. All I know is my dad got it while he was in Germany during WWII.

Well, I can`t read German, but it looks like an engine crankshaft depicted on the handle and the company name that made or used them.
It is not a German issue military knife and it looks to be from after or at the very end of WWII.

Translated the company name is Kessler Forging Co. Forging as in steel not documents.
The line below is the city which is Wasseralfinger, located in the province of Württemberg. The province (or state) is actually called Baden-Württemberg, they appear to have used an abbreviation on the knife.
It's nothing military in the least, it's a giveaway advertising knife, nothing more.
