Hey guys----this was my first purchase of a Schrade knife  and man ,when i jumped in,I really jumped ???? I found this at the Hillsville,Virginia Gun & Knife Show,Friday, and could not pass it up, "'WOW !!!!!"" was all I could say !!!!!!!!! I've seen some of you post, displays, but this was my first time ,seeing one,up close and personal ---- these knives were mfg. in 1978, and have never been pulled out of the wooden display case--the lock blade sticker,is sill on the 194OT---the original paper price sticker, for all knives,is still on the bottom of display,--I don't have the sheaths, for the 25OT or 125OT---none of the knives, have been taken out or cleaned, and some seem to have the grease/wax,on the blades, from the factory----tang stamp on some is, Schrade U.S.A. and others have, Schrade N.Y. U.S. A.----I'm asking ,also,if you would clean, each knife and replace in display,or just leave them,as they are???? --- If someone is interested in buying, send me a fair and reasonable offer, and we'll go from there----also any identification help,is greatly appreciated,as I have only collected Case in the past--thanks Monk ::tu::

Great score Monk!!! You're probably looking at late seventies on that one. I'd at least pull the knives out and check the pile sides, sometimes when they lay against the felt for a long period of time, the bolsters will tend to tarish some, and the backsprings and blades may spot a little. If so, hit 'em with a little Simichrome (try not to get the tarish that you rub off on the delrin handles), some light oil, and put 'em back to bed ::tu:: ::tu::

Eric

PS- if you're looking to sell them, I think I'd just do an inspection so you can let the buyer know the condition, and let him/her decide whether to leave them as is or not.

I am on vacation and don't have access to any pics that are on my computer at home.
I have a set similar to yours, except I think I have 3 fixed blades and the hone steel. I got it a couple years ago for about $200 in trade, IIRC.

I can post a pic in a couple days if you wish.
