I can't help but show this one off a little. It belonged to my grandfather and came to me with an old holster and belt.

He carried it on the job.

Nice revolvers fellas. I love revolvers. One of my favorites to carry is a Smith and Wesson 41 mag. My other favorite pistol is a Hawes 44 mag. Cotta love the lever actions too. I hunt with a pre 64 Marlin 336 chambered in 35 Rem. It makes a great brush gun. My other fav lever is a 357 mag. Could carry on for hours.
Johnnie, haws that 357 shoot. I have a derrenger in a 38 special. I cant hit a dam thing with it myself.
Ray, thats a real bueaty. NICE!
Still cant figure out how to get pics on here or id show them off

Thanks Otto.

..I wish we lived a bit closer..we would go out to the range and you could squeeze a few off.
Ray...that is a BEAUTIFUL old Colt!!
RangerBlueDog.....I like H&K's..they make a super nice firearm.
Umcknifeguy...She's surprisingly accurate...it has to be or I would get rid of it...I use to have a Davis 38 spl. derringer you couldn't hit a beer can 20 feet away.

..needless to say..but I didn't own that one very long.
Nice you ,TJ.

Here's a couple:
early 1900's Baby Hammerless in .22
Belgian 6-shot D-A in about 4.5mm;appears to use pinfire rounds.
Colt .25 auto w/pearl grips.
My EDC;a Detonics Mk.1 in .45 ACP;one of the first 200 Detonics built using a cut down M1911 frame and their own barrel and slide(tapered barrel;no barrel bushing).Made long before Colt made their Officer's Model.
An H&R model 922 that belonged to my uncle.Bought new in 1935 and never fired.I inherited it about 10 years ago.
My Ruger Blackhawk in .45 Long Colt.By the way;the license plate is one of my faux plates painted to look three dimensional.
Squares in background are 1" to give an idea of the gun sizes.

Johnny,
That flinter is more a Pennsylvania long rifle than a "Kentucky". The "Kentucky school" guns were less fancy and more suited hard use. They were the same basic style but had few embellishments. Mine is a .40 cal and was made by Bill Mowery in 1981. I got it in '85. Burned a lot of charcoal with that thing. Won a lot of matches and pretty good chunk of change "back in the day".
I used to carry it in my rifle rack in my truck. Under it was an AR-15 "shorty" with 2, 30 mags ready to run.

My buddies would see that long rifle and start giving me crap about hitting a deer over the head with that LONG barrel or something similar. I'd bet 'em I could out shoot them all day long with it and tell 'em we were gonna shoot "offhand" ( standing, no rest ) at a beer can at 50 yards. I'd pay 'em 5 bucks every time I missed and they pay me 5 bucks every time they miss. They could use any rifle they had. I'd whip their asses. Word finally got around that I was taking all their money and they shut up and quit playing.

Had one ol boy that I shot against for about 50 rounds before we called it a draw. He was a shooter. He ran out of ammo but he matched me all along with his '06. We had fun and my shoulder wasn't hurtin near as bad as his.
My eyes are gone to Hell now and I can't shoot her as good as I used to.
That is an M-1 on the bottom. 100% Springfield 1942. I can still shoot that M-1 pretty good since it has a peep sight on the rear. Busting rocks at 500 to 600 yards is a hoot.
I can't make it run at 1000 yards like I could my old 1903. I'm still kickin my ass for sellin that one. I used to hit a rock the size of a refrigerator at 1017 yards from my front yard back in the 80's. I could hit 3 out of 5 shots pretty regular with 1950's vintage Greek milsurp ammo. It was 1919 with a 4 groove barrel. I paid 35 bucks for it in '75 and sold it for $725 in '98. I'm a dumb ass.
I'm still pretty salty with lil darlin.

A souped up "enhanced" Combat Commander.
And here's a Uberti SAA .45LC that stays by the bed.

Here is one that is a bit of an oddball:I bought it many years ago de-activated(by slicing a section of the receiver out). There is no maker's name on it but supposedly it a WWII era folding paratrooper's SMG.It appears to be chambered for 9mm.As you can see it folds into a really compact piece(the barrel slides into the receiver;the magazine and trigger assembly also fold)and locks. It can be opened by releasing one catch.I had a friend of mine who is a machinist and gun fanatic make a piece to fit into the receiver but did not weld it as it would then be considered operational and not legal in Michigan.
Anyone ever seen anything like this before?Would appreciate any info.
Last pic is a Cobray 12 gauge.
