Fine job Kaleb! I love it! Tell me about that pivot.
I case some of you guys don't know...........Kaleb is dabbling in silver work. He made a really cool match box with a striker bottom, very clean!

Thanks Men!
Gary, the pivot is relatively simple but very strong. It's basically like the old birdseye case construction. A 5/16" diameter, .060" thick nickel washer that is center drilled and countersunk for the correct pin size, then the pivot is peened out on it and hafted down just like a bolster. Of course the washer is counter set into the handle so everything is flush and smooth when complete.

I just got this beauty today and it is in my pocket. It is way better in person than in pictures.
This knife is awesome! Great work, Kaleb. I am already planning my next Muskrat Man custom.
I will try to post some pictures if anybody wants to see them.

Thanks Kaleb. Makes a real attractive pivot area on a "bare head".
