All About Pocket Knives

I got to thinking if a guy would have walked into my Great Grandfathers shop & ask him to make him a slingshot & a knife - what that slingshot & knife would have looked liked. Here is what i came up with - Some California Walnut, Some Stag & some engraved brass to match the engraving on the Tennessee Poor Boy - not sure where my Great Grand Daddy found those flat bands
anyway I'm a big slingshot fan & I built this one over the week-in - That patch knife on my possible bag I forged out of a 1974 Chevy PU spring with the guidence of my good friend Charles Carrey in Atlanta Georgia - the other knife is a Green river style - ground out of ATS34 - enjoy - Tom

I'm going to guess that you are compulsively creative Tom (to be taken as a compliment). First there's your beautiful engraving and now this. By the way, Muskrat Man (here on the forum) shares your passion for slingshots and has also made some nice ones. Also just to save me some typing on your other threads.....beautiful engraving you've been posting (no matter where the knife was made).

I built a slingshot for my Poor boy last week so I just had to build one for my Eathen Allen this week - Elk Crown - it's a handfull but a good looker & a great shooter - tom
