I'VE HAVEN'T SEEN THIS BEFORE AND WONDERING WHO THE MAKER IS?
COLONIAL.SYRACUSE,UTICA,IMPERIAL?
I'M SURE MANY OF YOU WILL KNOW,BUT I DON'T!

I've got one that is very similar and it's marked Iroquois.

yeah this style is like a lot of others.
I could see it being a Kent.
Maybe an Iroquois .I don't know if I have a Iroquois to compare it to.
How about L.F.&C?

Goins shows a “Iroquois Utica N.Y.” and “Iroquois Made In U.S.A.”
He guesstimates them 1920-1940.
Levine (LG4) says “probably by Utica”
It seems to share some DNA with this Utica I have.
But, I without knowing that, it would seem to me that it could be a could be a Kent, (made by Camillus for W.W. Woolworth’s).
In light of Levine & Goins, I would lean toward Utica.

Are the tip bolster and cap stamped out of the liner? If so I have a Fidelity Cutlery Co. that is very similar to that one in scale material, shield and construction as yours.

yes, the Bolsters are stamped into/made part of the steel liners.
I haven't heard of with Fidelity..until now!

Sorry, it is actually Fidelity Knife Co. New York. Goins says it was a Simmons Hardware trademark circa 1939. I can find no other information on it anywhere. However, the construction of my Fidelity, your unmarked and many Iroquois knives are very similar and likely share a common origin??
