very nice johnnie, plus i do prefer being able to fit the clip in different positions as had this on a byrd i had and liked it as not a fan of having the clip at the pivot end ,as like it the same end as the lanyard, although not that we can carry stuff like this here in the uk but nice to just look at yours :wink: ::tu::

Paul..She locks up nice and tight and is released with the button.....real fast,hard action on this one. ::nod::
Zed...that really sucks that you can't have autos......I'm assuming that assisted openers are out of the question also..is that correct?

Phil & TripleF....Thanks ::tu::

Phil, I wasn't for sure about the steel .. so I went to their site and got this info...

154 CM stainless steel blade, Tribocote R40 finish and 6061-T6 Aluminum handle .55" handle thickness. Outside button to release blade. Secondary safety lock.

Doesn't really say what type is used for this particular knife.. ::shrug:: .....just stainless. :roll:

A little late and my first post in a long while. Question already answered about steel type, 154CM. I will add that if you want a clip that will allow deeper carry of the knife in your pocket, then check out this site; www.usaknifemaker.com looking for the Stealth Pocket Clip. Just a suggestion!
