All About Pocket Knives

I picked up a old re-worked file from a local market a few weeks back, it was very rough sadly due to phottobucket problems ive lost old pics , well i sent it to a good friend of mine saying he could have it and do what he wants with it and keep it, he has been doing a lot of knife making and modding and doing pretty well.Well i got it back unecpected today and im over the moon, he sent me a close up of the sheath and it looked like a carrot so ive named it sparky415 carrot MK1 i wanted to share it with you guys,

a few more outdoors pics, the micarta is so well shaped in the hand

Nice little knife.
It looks like a patch knife.
I have not seen any micarta that color before.
I like the coloration of the handle.

Thanks guys for the nice coments, this is my first custom knife and i love it, he sent me a small image of the micarta circle catch on the sheath and i thought it was a carrot hence its new name I think some of the material used in the micarta was Hiviz material, i love the colour of the scales on this knife, i want to go off camping now, im off with a friend for a long hike and camping over 2 days soon so ill try it out them

Thanks mike, he is a really nice guy, im sending som e material for him to use on the micarta on the handls on a knife he is making his wife based on this knife, Mk2
