Just took an old 110 apart and discovered a bushing in the blade. My question is this: The pivot pin is slightly smaller in diameter than the inside diameter of the bushing. Do I drill out the boslters and custom fit a pin?? How does Buck do this? Any answers would be appreciated.

Some variations of the Schrade LB-7 use a bushing as well.
I found some stainless steel tubing the proper size and cut it to the proper lengths to make my own bushings.

If the knife had no mechanical problems prior to disassembly don't worry about it, if it aint broke don't fix it. If it had vertical play and this was the reason I would probably ream the bolster holes and custom fit a pin
