Information on a 5 KNIFE SET with BLUE PEACH-SEED HANDLES

Any Infomation Please! on these "Schrade Blue Bone Handled" Knives.
I belive they were made about 2000-2002.
The other Blue Handled knife is a 2004 knife, that faild to sell - due to the Close Down. Ken

It looks like this is a set made by schrade, however not well knowen.

The jigged bone does not even closely resemble Schrade Peach Seed Bone.

I agree. The knife in the second picture has bone that I would refer to as "rope jigging."
I think the peach seed bone Ken was referring to are in the set of knives in the display case. It is difficult to see the jigging pattern very clearly because of the glass.
Ken, is it possible for you to remove some of the knives from the case so that we could get a clearer picture of the jigging pattern on the bone?
Those are the ones, are they not, that you were referring to as "peach seed bone?"
I like the blue bone that Schrade produced; the color is great. I wish they had produced more of it and earlier on in their history.

Hi Dale, after Christmas I will post more pictures of the "Blue Bone Peach-Seed" handled knives.
They arived in the mail the day after I returned from two weeks in New Zealand.
The Blue 2004 knife came the next day, and I did not even have time to have a good look at it, before I went away again for Christmas. I hope you have a good time over Christmas and the new Year... Ken

A post on Blade Collectors states " By the way, they shouldn't have those Old Timer Classic pins in there, that's a completely different knife. The blue bone set should have an American flag emblem with USA printed over it in that indented square. I believe all the others had no emblems" ... Ken
