More grief with Adobe Flash Player.............

To those of you with whom I have conversations with in the Chat Room:
I will not be able to do so anymore.For some reason every time I have Adobe Flash Player in my computer,I cannot read my mail and the server (Mozilla Firefox) crashes continually. Un-installing the Adobe cures the problem.
If any of you know of another host other than Adobe I would love to try it as I enjoy conversing with other members here.
