IS IT WORTH IT?

I fell for this old ebay junker the other nite. Didn't look too close either. Too late at nite - too much Shiner ::drool:: well you know the story.

I am sure it has already been apart but from what I can see is it might not be worth much effort to try to fix. Anyone tave an idea of the vintage? If I did anything I would have to do new handles that matched, replace both front end bolsters, bush the front pin holes and reset the tang clearance. .

Anyone want a pretty good looking piece of stag?

Good grief! You bought a Jowika! I run screaming from them even in good condition. you're supposed to let that shine age at least a week.

Have you considered making it a single bladed knife with new scales? I ask because that's probably what I'd do with it.
