Hi Brett,
I often see knives I know I will pay double the price it would sell for, in the USA.
Last week a knife sold for $180, I would have payed $300+ for it.
I also see items selling, with the postage cost listed - as if a knife was a 20 ton truck... Ken

The seller is in Australia so I don't see why he wouldn't ship to you???

He says the item is in Rocky Mount, VA. That doesn't make sense to me.

TJ, he is located in the U.S. some items are listed in Australia on ebay but the seller is actually from the U.S.
I noticed more U.K. sellers listing their knives on ebay U.S. because they are not allowed to sell them on ebay in the U.K.

That raises another question. If he's in the U.S. and will not ship to Australia, why post them to Ebay Australia???

I use eBay quite often,
Most collectors in Australia look at “Schrade worldwide” or “Schrade US”.
Looking at eBay, the sellers often list “not available to Australia”and some “NO international buyers, do not ask”
However, I often ask them if they will send to me in Australia.
I have one of the best feedbacks on eBay and quite often the seller will send the item before I even pay.
Most sellers will post to me after I ask - some will not even answer my emails.
Postage on eBay has always been a puzzle to me, I know U.S.A. postage costs as I have paid $4.50 for a small knife up to a Display Unit costing almost $60. Some sellers often list almost $40 for a small knife without a box.
I have also found eBay do not know the meaning of HELP if you have a problem on their sight.
I have seen postage listed for $125 when the seller posted $12.50.
eBay is very good some times - it is VERY BAD QUITE OFTEN

and eBay will never try to help you! ... Ken
