putting a pic under my username??

Can someone please tell me how to put a little picture under my username on the forums? I think Bryan's little beagle and the others are cool, but I have no idea how to do it?

Hey Glenn,
If you click on the "profile" link shown on the picture under this post, you can add an image under your name by going to the botton of that page to where it says "avatar control panel". You can click the "show gallery" button and select an image, or click "browse..." to upload your own. If you upload your own, it has to be 125 pixels x 125 pixels or smaller I think. If you have a picture that you want, and it's larger, or if you have problems, email it to me and I can put it on there for you.
