Is there an official book or chart that has all the official Boy Scout knives, 4&5 blade and fixed blade past and present that give you the maker and years it was made? I have Bear & Sons, Camillus, Remington, Ulster including Dwight Devine, LF&C, N.Y. Knife, Schrade, Imperial Western, Marbles, Case ETC including handle material It's confusing to me as to when each maker had it's run. I think it would be helpful to know the date and piece count.

I'm not aware of any information source that would tell you the production numbers for the various models of official scout knives that have been produced over the last 100 years.
The two books I have on scout knives are 600 Scout Knives by Joseph Richard Kerr, and Official Scout Blades by Ed Holbrook. Both have proven to be very useful.
You might also want to check out the website, ScoutKnives.net. You may even recognize a few names there.

I've got several of my Remingtons pictured on their web site. They are a great source of information. Mark McClurg aka knife-nut.
