What can y'all tell me about this Schrade tang stamp? Is it perhaps a factory second?

That is the stamp that Schrade used on their seconds during the Schrade Walden era . (Some of the 2nd's of that era would be considered as 1st's today) !

Bob, I suspect some of the 1st today would have
gone into the parts bin or smelter back then.
Of course I could be wrong. Has happened before.

That knife is in with a group of three and goes off today (Sun. 5/27) at 0800 PDT. It's currently at $45. I thought about bidding on it but I can see it's left my neighborhood and headin' for downtown.
