The Marksman is an awsome knife. Very fast and secure lockup. I'm surprised the Buck dies not keep it in their regular lineup. I have a Marksman BOTM and one from their regular, intermittent line.

I could not get the hand of working the lock.. So it went down the road.. I really wanted to like it but to no avail..

I don't have a new Buck !!
But I do have a new sheath. I purchase this Buck 501 used back in 1978 or 1979 from a coworker. He did not have a sheath so I always carried it in my pocket. I have other 501's but I wanted a sheath for the old 501 so I just purchased this sheath from ebay.I think this is what they used back then in the 70's. Just thought I would share.

Nice trio of 501s!
But I won't say what I was doing in 1978 and 1979...

Just picked up this Buck 364. Never heard of one. To me it's a 284 with a pocket clip.I like it but to me it's the same knife.

I've added a few to my collection in last several months. Need to get my act together and post a few pics. My newest addition showed up via us mail today. I like it.

Mike, that is a SWEET looking 303. Makes my mouth water, dribble and run.
First one I've ever seen w/buffalo horn.

These 250 Saunters were supposed to be only available in 2022 but today I found a local store that had two of them. I know Buck is coming out with more affordable Saunters this year but I wanted the Carbon Fiber and S35VN steel.
My plans to get one early in 2022 failed and I had written the model off after that. Then when they are possibly not available anymore I decide at the last minute that I want one.
I'm glad I could still find one. I like it a lot.

Rick, never seen or heard of the Saunter before - but it is a cool looking Buck Knife. I’ve looked at the Alaskan Guide Buck Knives for years when making infrequent visits to Cabela’s stores, never pulled the trigger because I have so many 110 Folding Hunters in my collection already. But having started carrying and using the Buck Vantage in the last couple of years I decided to get a 347 Alaskan Guide. A fellow Buck collector on another forum made me a great offer on this lightly used Vantage, it came in today’s US Mail. OH
