A couple of projects I've been working on this week:
First is what I believe is a display model made of fibreglass about 3 ft. long of the old wooden child's toy racers that held Weebles type characters. The spot where the driver normally sits has a hole that a regulation bowling pin fits so that was the theme I went with for the paint job.
The grille;air intake;and exhaust are all painted to simulate chrome plating and the lettering is a play on words of bowling terms. The bowling pin is currently being painted with facial features and will have a plastic helmet topping it.
The second is a sign I cranked out yesterday for a customer who is displaying his car at an invitation-only show at the Greenfield Village section of the Henry Ford Museum. Lettered on white Lexan in several colors.Guide lines have not been removed when pictures were taken.
