My computer died a few days ago.........long last, after several threats, not turning on, and being awol. Reminds me of my old wife, except she didn't die, thankfully.
So I got set up with a lap top. This will take some getting used to.
Testing.............. Testing..........

FRJ, at Christmas I went from a laptop to a Kindle and I have been able to make it do everything I want it to so far. But I miss being able to HDMI cable to my tv screen. As my eyes get worse my screen gets smaller. Any relation?
By the way, your breakfast looks tasty.

Thanks for the comments, guys.
I just have to learn to navigate this fussy thing.
Red rider, I had no idea one could do anything but read a book on a Kindle.
I've even got a little shreaded cheddar cheese in those onion and garlic infested hash browns.
This is on a wireless set too. I guess I'll get by on it.
No new knives lately. Thanks.

My wife has a Kindle Fire and loves it! I've played around with it a little and really like browsing the internet with it. It's worth $200 to me, because she uses it instead of the laptop. Now I don't have to wait until she gets done to do my browsing.

Speaking of Kindles, you all need to read Dennis Ellingson's recent (fairly) article in KnifeWorld concerning storing a knife collection and all information, including pics, on the device.
I'm sure any good tablet will do the same.
One can carry their entire collection to a knife show. See a knife you think might be better than the one you have? Pull it up and compare the two. Upgrade as indicated.
