All About Pocket Knives

Did this little number for a car show I'm attending this weekend.The show is called the "Panty Raid" and last year I did up one of these half mannequins so I decided to do another for this year.Played a bit with the name but you get the idea.

I whish I had even a small amount of art/painting aptitude. I never even learned to stay inside the lines.

Ray when I saw those I pictured you driving to the car show with one of those manequins sitting beside you, seat belt and shoulder harness holding her safely in place. Tell me you didn't put her in the trunk for the ride over.

Not to worry Phil;she rode in the front seat standing up but no seat belt.My Safari wasn't equipped with them and although I have a set to put in,it will require some pillar modification to do so.
The show was pretty good for only the second year they've held it;about 125 cars of great quality and from quite a distance.Several guys from the Voodoo Kings around Chicago made the trek out.
I didn't do a lot of painting but I really didn't want to;it was kind of a day off for me.Did contract a couple of jobs for next week though.
I brought this 1/18th scale 63 Chevrolet low rider to the show with the idea of getting some stripes on it so it can be auctioned off at one of our charity events.It was some quick work(about 30 minutes total)and came out good enough.Hope you all enjoy this one.
