Having a TON of problems with my computer.Don't even know if this will go through.Somehow Mozilla got deleted from my computer and now I can't access my e-mail account or anything.Tried re-activating it but to no avail.

i have a very good friend who is a computer geek. he was the one who would rebuild my computer if it needed doing. but since he retired from the government 2 years ago and moved to sacramento, all my computer woes are left up to me to solve.
good luck in your struggles with that machine.

Have you deleted your temporary internet files? Sometimes a cookie picked up somewhere will play havoc on your machine. On the top menu click tool, go to the bottom of drop down and select internet options and choose delete in the box that appears. Just a suggestion. Speaking of which, I probably need to do that myself. You'd be surprized how they accumulate.
