but you can call me Jeff. Chose the user name based on family ancestry and I like the sound of it.
59 years old and have had a knife or knives since I was 8,just not more than one or two until recently. First knives were a scout knife and a fixed blade sheath knife of unknown brand but at the time I didn't care. I probably have my initials carved into nearly every tree in Cranston, R.I.
As I got older I started carrying Swiss Army knives and replaced them only as I (frequently) lost them. I am also a watch accumulator and active in a few watch forums.
I was looking around the internet not too long ago with the intention of getting something that resembled my old scout knife and that's when all hell broke loose. My EDC Swiss Army Trekker is now joined by 12 other knives. You guys and all the great vintage stuff you show here will ,undoubtedly, be responsible for at least a few additions to the group. There's a lot of info to soak up here so I'll probably be more of a reader than a poster until I know what I'm talking about.
