today I was tossin the ball for Luci, 18 mo. English springer spaniel at a small park in my home town when the local sherriffs volunteer stopped and informed me if I did not have her on a leash it was a fine of $240.00, first offense. There were several people there that I know as neighbors, some with dogs some not, they were all smaller dogs so did have them on leashes, but no one told me that was a problem, they just prefer to leash thiers. We are a small community,2000 give or take and we all know each other by sight if not on a daily basis. Just makin observations not decisions, YET! BUY MORE AMMO!!! And my winter victory garden is just coming out of the ground!BOO-YA! Keep yer onions peeled!
