I had an old Schrade 8341 with Red Bone Scales. However, one of the scales had a very large crack in it. ::shrug::
A holiday for that old knife in the U.S.A; and staying at my friend Dale’s Work Shop soon put that right. ::ds::
These before and after photos show the unbelievable talent of Dale!
Thank You Dale, ::tu:: ::tu:: ::tu:: ::tu:: ::tu:: ::tu:: ::tu:: ::tu:: ::tu:: ::tu:: ::tu:: ::tu::
I love your work and this knife will take Top Place in my soon to be finished Display Unit... Ken

Nice job on the shield Ken! ::tu:: ::tu::
Did you do that?
I just don't trust my hands where one slip ruins a piece of stag.
I believe that was some of the stag that came out of the Henckels factory in Germany after they closed down their pocket knife making about 1960.

Hi Dale,
Yes! I did fit the shield, it was not a problem for me.
I was quite aware that your hands have been a problem in the past year, and that is why I asked you to leave the shield.
::tu:: I am very impressed with your workmanship, and I will proudly display your work in my soon to be finished Display Case...
Thank You once more OLD MATE....Ken ::tu:: ::tu:: ::tu::
