All About Pocket Knives

Hanna is the granddaughter of a knifemaker on a forum I frequent. She is 7 and has Leukemia. Someone came up with the idea for "Hanna's box of hope", where people could donate things to be auctioned off to help pay for expenses. I thought maybe I could make something, so I decided on this old 176

The bone is Autumn Gold, but it has an orange color to it. Orange is the color of Leukemia awareness, I believe.

It didn't turn out too bad, I may even bid on it myself, LOL!

I wanted to thank Glenn for donating this knife to help Hanna. It has been auctioned off, and brought in some much needed funds for medical bills. I`m hoping to someday be able to send him a knife to work on for myself, but that will be a ways off.

Here is Hanna and her sister Hayley on Thanksgiving. Yesterday was her birthday, she turned 8.
