This is a Christmas 2012 Johnnie Fain Memorial knife auction.
Johnnie was a Moderator here on AAPK until his death in March of 2009.
These knives are from Johnnie’s collection; the proceeds go to his widow, Annettee.
This auction is for the following knife:
MAKER: Case Classic
PATTERN: #53055 Wharncliffe Seahorse Whittler
LENGTH (closed): 3-5/8”
BOLSTERS: Nickel silver
SHIELD: Case oval
HANDLES: Stag
BLADES: Wharncliffe master with 2 secondary pen blades.
LINERS: Brass with tapered center liner
TANG STAMPS MASTER BLADE: CASE/BRADFORD, PA/19 USA 94
Master Rear stamps: TESTED XX/53055
TANG STAMPS PEN #1: CASE/BRADFORD, PA./USA
TANG STAMPS PEN #2: CASE/XX/TESTED within oval
CONDITION: New without box
DAMAGE: None noted
BLADE WEAR: None
SNAP: Hard
MADE IN: U.S.A.

This auction will end at 12 Noon, Pacific Time Sunday December 2, 2012, if there have been no bids within 1 hours of that time. If there have been bids, the auction will continue until such time as there are no bids for 1 hour. At that time the high bidder will be declared the winner.
Payment will be by money order only. Upon receipt of payment the knife will be shipped. I cannot accept PayPal on these auctions.
The payment price will be the winning bid plus $8.50 for Priority Mail & insurance. I will combine shipping for those who win more than one item.
