This is a Christmas 2012 Johnnie Fain Memorial knife auction.
Johnnie was a Moderator here on AAPK until his death in March of 2009.
These knives are from Johnnie’s collection; the proceeds go to his widow, Annettee.
This auction is for the following knife:
MAKER: Fight N Rooster
PATTERN: Jack
LENGTH (closed): 3-3/8”
BOLSTERS: Nickel silver
SHIELD: Glimp
HANDLES: Stag
BLADES: Single wide clip
BLADE ETCH: The Kentuckian
LINERS: Brass
TANG STAMPS: FIGHT ‘N ROOSTER/(logo)/SOLINGEN Rear: FRANK BUSTER/CELEBRATED CUTLERY/GERMANY
SNAP: Good
MADE IN: Solingen Germany
This knife appears to be unused but has spotting on the blade something (rub marks?) on the rear bolster. I have not tried to clean it up, that is up to the winner.

This auction will end at 12 Noon, Pacific Time Sunday December 2, 2012, if there have been no bids within 1 hours of that time. If there have been bids, the auction will continue until such time as there are no bids for 1 hour. At that time the high bidder will be declared the winner.
Payment will be by money order only. Upon receipt of payment the knife will be shipped. I cannot accept PayPal on these auctions.
The payment price will be the winning bid plus $8.50 for Priority Mail & insurance. I will combine shipping for those who win more than one item.
