Does anybody, other than myself, recognize this gesture from the 1960's and 70's?

So, why do we still recognize this jerk as a ligitimate head of state?

Somebody should break that finger and slap that stupid grin around to the back of his head.

I think that picture was taken as he responded to the news that Obama wanted to open unilateral talks with his country.

If he lived in Los Angeles, he would belong to one of these Groups!

Looks like he might be encouraging someone to plant a great big kiss on a certain part of his anatomy. Or he might be showing someone where to attach the rope to drag him benind a pickup truck.
