Does Case have a shop?

Post by longbeachbum »

This is probably a Question for Bryan or PA Knives. Does Case have a shop where you can send knives to for repairs or just a tune up? I have a beautiful used 10 dot sambar stag small lockback, but there is so much play in the blade, I can take no pleasure in it. I'd really like to get it tightened up and start using it. Does Case do repair work on their knives and have a shop where they can be sent? I went to the Website but didn't see anything along these lines.

If not, does anyone have any suggestions where to go for work such as this?

Thanks,

Jim

Contact CASE directly. They do have a shop and will stand behind there product. Also, if you read Knife World Magazine there are always ads by repairmen willing to do work on your knives. I think that Byran can provide you with links or contacts! I would even consider sending them an email or a phone call (how primitive!) Good luck and let us know how it works out.

Great Customer Service by CASE!

Thanks again to PA Knives and Bryan for directing me to the Case Repair Dept. in response to my inquiry regarding a stag lockback with loose blade.

I got the knife back today, and it's not only walkin and talkin, it's looks like it's been buffed, polished, and sharpened. It looks like a mint out of the box knife, and it didn't before.

They fixed it with no charge even though it is 25 years old and I'm not even the original purchaser. I expected this to take a lot longer, and I expected to pay something for the work.

Obviously, I couldn't be happier with the level of service I received.

Thanks again you guys!

Jim
