Anton Wingen multi-blade

Here is a fine old multi-blade folder from another lost German firm by the name of Anton Wingen Jr.
They were in business from 1888 to 1996 and produced a great many knives for themselves commonly under the "Othello" brand as well as contract knives for others.

Very nice knife Mason. I've got a couple of A.W. Jr's and from what I've seen, the folders are not very common.

Not a problem Mason. The Sportsman's and the Swing-gard are both stamped Anton Wingen, Jr. while the small two blade simply has the "Othello" stamp and Rostfrei

Nice variety of uncommon folders and you're right that you don't see many Wingens. (or many knives with a Shakespeare based logo
)
