Not joking when I say, let's send that SOB to Afghanistan and feed his a-- MREs at least once a day instead of cooked meals. If the facilities for hots were not available that's one thing and the troops don't have high expectations under those conditions BUT THE FACILITIES ARE AVAILABLE. How about we cut back on the rock star vacations to pay for those lost hot meals.

I agree Jerry. Everything this slug has done in the last 4 1/2 years has impacted the United States in a negetive way. He has not put forth one positive act that would even remind you of Love of Country. It breaks my heart to think that there are so many "Americans" against our way of life. We are the last frontier of freedom that nobody seems to want anymore. It's all about gimmie, gimmie, gimmie. Unfortunately they are going to learn the hard way. People don't realize just what a dangerous situation our Nation is in. We are truly in distress.

Wow!! Just read the article youshared from Fox News and it seems like every phase of our great country's life has been affected (or is it infected?) by our leader-in-chief and the thugs he has chosen to manipulate this country into oblivion. When they pull the meals and the Marines have to choke down the MREs twice a day, I suppose they will next save a little money by limiting ammunition, maybe only be able to return fire on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. You are absolutely right Charlie!
Somehow he has managed to lead (manipulate) from behind and is perceived by the "masses" as being on their side instead of being the leader responsible for all the garbage he has instituted!

I have worked the 1800 to 0600 shift, 12/7. Without midrats we would go 12 hours without any chow.
The chow hall may be open until 1900 hrs & open at 0500, but if you have to report in at 1800 you have to eat before you go on duty, and what commander is going to let troops leave at 0500 to go to chow just so they can be back in time to secure?

This administration makes as much sense as a football bat!

As much as I despise Obama and everything about his lying administration, this is not a POTUS level decision or directive. Cutting back from four meals to three meals a day in a theater dining facility in is a post/base staff or command level decision, or at most a theater level decision (i.e., the Commandant of the Marine Corps didn't make this decision - but his influence could reverse it for the time being). Bad or good, somewhere in the in-country chain of command is where the decision was made - probably based on drawing down that particular location. Now that it is being vetted on the internet someone's ass will get chewed and the Marines will eat MRE's. OH
