Sorry all as I am treading into unknown waters here as far as my knife knowledge...

I did a search on this forum, may have missed a post but only saw one reference to the RIN-TIN-TIN knife series.

The knife is really in rough condition but it was my Dad's, all that matters.

As you can see it is the one with the morse code on the pile side handle.

I would be interested to know about the knife and "series" that was mentioned.

Thanks, Jerry

My guess made in the seventy's the stamp is common. I've seen a lot of advertisement knives made by coloninal. I have a few beat up knives my dad gave to me that I would never part with either.

Bonfarbob is the guy to ask about that knife. He should be along to tell you what ever you need to know.
I have saw them before but have never had one. I had no idea that it was a RIN-TIN-TIN. Neat

Thanks guys.

Here is a link to the knife. Circa 1955'. Looks like the extra hole in the handle was where a bail once was. They probably made millions of them but would be curious to know quantity made.

Knife in link is same as mine. Looks like the only version they made????
